Wow, so much choice and the reviews were a mixed bag so I decided to give this a product a try based on previous positive experiences with the brand. The box arrived and contained two bottles of the cleaner - I missed this in the product description and was only expecting one, so chuffed. It was very to use, pour into the dispenser drawer, and run the machine on a hot wash - simples. The instructions also suggested wiping the seals after use as residue can gather. I checked the seal and was surprised by the amount of gunk - where had it all come from? Anyways, the problem of a whiffy machine seems to be solved thanks to this product and I still have a second bottle of the cleaner in case I need it. Overall this was a very positive experience, so easy to use and no silly high odour fragrances like some products that I read about (the strong lemon smell luring you in to a false sense of security - only for it to wear off and the whiff return).
