Review: Good but expensive, plants thrive, less watering - Does aš it says, plants very happy and despite the hot summer 2025 it did not want filling up as much as I thought. Plants was stunning. Expensive yes but worth it, wife actually bought troughs as well! Able to hold plants well, light weight and reasonably easy to assemble. Filling with water very easy and the float excellent to see how much water is left in the reservoir.
Review: You get what you pay for - Excellent item great , A well designed and obviously very well constructed product. I only feel that the price tag is too high for a lot of people.

A: the ones i recivied had a lift out pot with water tank

**Q: Is the substrate (lechuza pon) meant to sit in the cup shaped recesses on a cubico 40? mine has filled those so the substrate isn't that deep.**
A: Hello.  The substrate provided is enough to create a drainage layer in the base of the planter. This sealed packed provided is the perfect amount of starter PON needed for your first plant install. If you need to make the drainage layer higher, you will need to purchase another small bag of PON which are supplied in 3, 6, 12, 18 ltrs bags.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant design - definitely getting more of Lechuza

This is the third planter I buy from this brand, they are brilliant. The price tag is high - especially for someone like me who is far from being a "keen gardener" - but the watering and oxygenating system of Lechuza makes an INCREDIBLE difference. That means that my plants don't die, for the first time of my life! Last summer I bought 2 Lechuza Classico to try and I am totally addicted, so I reordered this spring. This time I am planting 3 climbers in 3 Cubico 30 cm in Smooth white and putting them on my terrasse. I am also getting 2 more Classico 28cm in Smooth White. The design is sharp and discret and the quality of the plastic (inside and out) is very good, sturdy and the look understated. It doesn't distract from the beauty of the plants. All in all, I think it is very much worth the money.
