Understandably frustrating, but the seller was quick to respond and stayed in close contact via WhatsApp to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, we had the unit professionally repaired, and the seller covered the cost through a partial desertcart refund. While the initial condition was disappointing, the seller’s responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problem made a big difference. Now that it's working, the freezer performs well and meets our needs.

The blast freezer arrived with a significant issue: the refrigerant had completely leaked out during shipping, and the unit wouldn’t cool at all. Understandably frustrating, but the seller was quick to respond and stayed in close contact via WhatsApp to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, we had the unit professionally repaired, and the seller covered the cost through a partial Amazon refund. While the initial condition was disappointing, the seller’s responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problem made a big difference. Now that it's working, the freezer performs well and meets our needs.

Arrived in perfect condition! Works exactly as expected. I'm able to my freshly churned gelato and sorbetto to -40C in a few hours to reduce the ice crystals. My only regret is I wish I would have ordered a larger chiller, but I'm constrained for space.
