Review: Worth the purchase for home use - If you are thinking about getting a retractable extension cord just do it. You will thank yourself later. This is the only extension cord I use in my garage and driveway now. It is easy to mount to the wall. A little heavy easier to put up with 2 people but one can do it. Review: Easy to install, retracts well, instructions could be better - There are quite a bit Pros and only a small handful of Cons: Pros: - Easier to install than anticipated. - Swivels (side to side) to help prevent over-pulling the cord - Three male plugs on the end - Adjustable Stop - Plenty of cord to reach an outlet - Feels really sturdy, nice weight to it Cons: - Mounting plate doesn’t make sense. Holes are wider than any studs. You might be able to get two screws in, but the other two would only be in drywall (if not mounting to a brick wall). - Instructions are only for mounting the wall bracket. If you remove the two screws where the swivel bracket is attached to the reel, the plugs pop out and you can mount this bracket directly to the wall/ceiling, reinstall the plugs and you are good to go. - The plugs that hold the swivel mount are held by a tiny screw but the plugs themselves feel pretty solid. Hoping over time it’s a non-issue.

If you are thinking about getting a retractable extension cord just do it. You will thank yourself later. This is the only extension cord I use in my garage and driveway now.
