Constant red light and nothing else** A: It needs recharging **Q: Why does My energiser have a very loud audible click when working** A: That's how you know it's working!!..when the clicking stops your battery is dead lol **Q: How long would a 12v battery last with it running 24hrs?** A: Well, it of course depends on how big (the capacity) of the battery is - and what sort of condition it's in !! It also depends on whether the fence is completely isolated from ground. I would expect a decent battery to last a couple if weeks. **Q: My paddock stock fencing is about 600m but with parts of the fence with vegetation such as brambles, running through it. Will this still work?** A: as with all electric fencing it’s important to keep the fence clear of vegetation, as any vegetation touching the fence will short the current to earth. We use 12v Lead acid car batteries. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install *by T***R on 4 July 2024* Great product for the money, easy to install, protected geese from 🦊 Unfortunately it's stopped working after less than 2yrs 😠 ### ⭐ Lasted less than a year - avoid at all costs *by T***K on 27 October 2023* It worked well and was easy to install, but in less than a year it had stopped working. No external damage, and had been kept under a plastic box so it wasn't exposed to the weather, but just stopped working. We bought another - it lasted a bit longer than a year - but not much. We were sent a replacement for the one that broke within a year (although I had to pay postage!) and that one also lasted less than a year. I have now tried this make 6 times and every single unit has lasted either less than a year, or just a month or so longer than a year. AVOID. They are clearly not fit for purpose. I have to assume the quality is simply very poor and they aren't made to be used for any period.
