Thanks** A: 2500 will be the max extension, suggest looking at the Bessey website for the full technical specification. **Q: Is it possible to produce pressure/lift as with some support that have triggars** A: The pressure it done by turning the pole the pads have left and right hand threads which increases or decrease the length of the pole **Q: Are these weather proof if used outside or will they rust?** A: They are not really designed to be left outside but occasional use should not be a problem.
