Both have a similar feel - soft/rubbery/easy grip. Oxo's feel slightly heavier. Oxo base more tapered. Oxo seems to have a different material where utensil enters black base. Oxo's knife not as sharp as this adaptive set. Adaptive knife easier to use, but showing signs of rust. I have washed these in dishwasher many times. Only knife seems to have some rust stains at base of blade. Perhaps junction where utensil enters base is not as tight/waterproof as it needs to be? Blade does not feel loose.
