I think it looks great, certainly (inexpensive) wall-hanger worthy. It feels sturdy enough for swinging around and practicing sword skills, though it may flex a little bit. I haven't tried hitting anything with it, but I don't think it would last very long in any larp battle. Overall, I'm quite happy with it (for the price). Also, mine came shipped with basically no protection; just a transparent plastic bag inside an opaque plastic shipping bag.
