## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this shipped with ice packs? What steps are taken to keep from melting in transit?**
A: I live in CA., 60 miles north of this manufacturer.  This was fulfilled by a 3 party, so I am not sure if all sources use ice packs.  Last year at this time we hit 120 degrees, so maybe some sellers got sick of refunding and got smart.  Sorry that I can't be more help.

**Q: Can you eat the wafers as they are?**
A: Yes the wafers can be eaten out of the bag.  However, keep in mind there is NO sugar and the wafers will be rather bitter to the taste.
