Review: Very Easy to Adjust - This back corrector works great for my daughter. She spends a lot of time at the gym and realized her back hurt after. She was talking to an instructor who showed her that she shoulders were being forced forward. To help correct this he recommended a posture corrector which helps keep her shoulders in the correct position during workouts. Since she started using it, she has had less pain in her back and shoulders. This corrector is easy to put on and fasten. The straps come up under your arms which makes it easy to fast to the correct position.
Review: Back support will not stay in place - Theoretically, this back support is perfect, but in actual use, it is impossible to put on without assistance. After it is put on correctly by my husband, it won’t stay in place if I bend over or move around. For the length of time it is correctly placed, it feels wonderful and does correct my posture.

**Q: Wht are the sizes for the xl/regular? i’m trying to order but i don’t know what i need.**
A: Hello and thank you for asking. The regular size fits people with a chest circumference between 24" to 48", while the X-Large is mostly for people with a chest circumference between 40" and 58".

**Q: Is it washable?**
A: Yes, our posture corrector is washable. We recommend to manually wash your brace for longer durability, but it can also be also washed in automatic washers. Thank you for your question

**Q: What is the return policy?**
A: You can return your product in 30 days after purchase. Please make sure you include the resistance band in the package.

**Q: Does this help with  keeping shoulders down?  I am not kyphotic nor suffering back issues but my neck and shoulders are a problem.**
A: It primarily pulls the shoulders back, and makes you stand up straighter as a result. It helps you raise your chest in line, so I suppose your shoulders would drop a bit, but its not like it pushes them down. As far as I can tell, the only effect on the lower back is it may get tired if it's used to slumping. Hope this helps.
