The cup feels incredibly sturdy with solid walls and a thick, heavy base. The handle is a good size and despite what I read in other reviews, the welding on the handle was perfect for me with both sides being rock solid. The handle is a little small so I usually just hold it around the body of the cup. I don't even bother pouring my shakes into another cup anymore since the ridges on this cup are rather thin and are nice to drink out of. I told a few of my gym buddies about this and it feels like this is a mini life-hack for the gym guys in your life. BIG, almost indestructible, easy to clean, precise, cheap, probably buy-it-for-life caliber and it looks cool while drinking from it.
