So I just grip my sports bra straps and go! Super easy to assemble, lost 8 lbs in 3 days, smooth spinning, cute, ppl keep saying it’s loud, but, honestly it’s really not. The whirling is kind of motivating and keeps me in rhythm. Plus, I turn on my PepTalk app, so, it’s not the central focus of my workout. Idk why it said bruising, I didn’t bruise at all. I'll be honest I was skeptical. But after watching a YouTube how to/workout video, I can say I'm hooked! Started out at 30 knots and I'm down to 28 in just 3 40 minute workouts!!! My only complaint is that it's a bit loud but I was expecting it from a dupe!! Super easy to use and very stable!
