When I received it the pump did not work but I got a replacement a few days later (I requested this) and I’m do glad I did. My replacement works as intended. I use them for washing up liquid, liquid soap and massage oils. They are easy to fill, extremely durable, unlike other previous soap dispensers, have good capacity and are very well made. They rarely, if ever clog and dispense the perfect amount of product. They are also easy to clean. The white ones do discolour over time but these chrome style ones (a mix of plastic and metal) look exactly the same as when I first purchased them. Highly recommended.

**Q: How do you lock the insert back in? Filled up for the first time but middle falls out as soon as I pick it up. Thanks**
A: Simples! Hold the plastic jar and twist the grey cover until it locks ( less than 1/8 of a turn). Be careful not to press down or you'll get a handful if fairy liquid. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Indicator to show you when you need to fill it up - soap comes out easily

Definitely one of the best soap dispensers I have bought. I have a white one in one of my bathrooms and now am very happy with the black one. The previous one I bought has lasted me for years (hopefully this one will too). It is nice to see the indicator that shows you how much soap is still available and let's you see when you need to refill it. The black is a matt colour and the whole dispenser is very nice looking. The soap comes out easily and this is so much better looking than any other dispenser I have bought before. There is another option called Touch Soap by the same seller but that one is smaller and does not have an indicator to show you when you need to refill the container. I would highly recommend this one. * I am updating this review 5.6.2018 and changed my stars from 5 to 4 The black is not the best choice in a bathroom as my daughter has managed to get make-up (foundation) on the black part and it is not coming off and has stained it. It looks a bit shabby now (and not shabby chic in a good way ;-)). I would stick to a white option in the shiny finish as it is not going to stain. My previous white one has lasted me for years with no trouble. I will be putting the white one back and moving this one to the kitchen and hopefully get the marks off in time.
