Or you can tie some putty, for example Vallejo 70401 Plastic putty (20ml) **Q: What does white metal mean in the product description ? Will it adhere to stainless steel** A: This paint is used as an undercoat usually for spraying metallic paint, not for painting actual metal. It is normally used my model makers for airbrushing. **Q: My original alloys are silver but have been spray painted gloss black. Do I buy the primer in gloss black or silver?** A: If you are referring to alloys as in car wheels this isn’t the primer for you. It’s for priming plastic scale models. Go to Halfords, they will be able to help you with what you need. **Q: If my part has surface blemishes, am i able to apply a layer of this and sand down until it becomes nicely smooth?** A: Not easily natively. This is an acrylic so does not eat into the plastic surface, and so tends to sand in layers. The trick is to apply Future over the area. This binds with the primer and makes it much easier to feather out when sanding. Obviously, if that look is what you're after, then this is ideal, but I use this primer on small models and miniatures, and find the standard flat/matt primer better.
