I've finally found my ADHD "med" that actually works for me! I’m a real matcha fanatic! I usually buy the big brands like JENKI or OMG matcha.. but this stands up to those and for 1/3 of the price!! In terms of colour, I can confirm this is very vibrant and appears to be beautiful quality. I also like that it’s in a glass tub, because the product will stay fresher (top tip: keep it in the fridge!) and no plastic leakage- big win! This is my first time using it , so I can’t yet speak to the quality in terms of the matcha jitters.. but so far so good. The taste isn’t super strong .. but nor are the big brands. I imagine playing around with the amount will vary the flavour profile. I can taste that is beautifully made. I used one heaped sieved teaspoon and about 250/300ml rude health organic soy milk . Studies show matcha is not as effective in diary milk . It’s best had with no added syrups and warm but not boiling water. However I do put a teaspoon of honey for a natural sweetness and a sprinkling of Himalayan salt.
