## Description

Remember when you had four different tools all in one nailer? Go from a brad nailer to a stapler to a flooring gun all with the WEN 4-in-1 18-Gauge Pneumatic Flooring Nailer and Stapler. Drive 18-gauge brads anywhere from 5/8 to 2 inches in length or 1/4-inch narrow crown staples anywhere from 1/2 to 1-5/8 inches in length. Attach the adjustable spring loaded flooring head to angle your fasteners at a 45-degree angle, making this the perfect companion for carpenters that need versatility on the job. With an operating pressure of 60 to 100 PSI and a 1/4-inch NPT air inlet, simply hook up your favorite air compressor and start nailing. The onboard depth adjustment wheel controls how deep the fastener shoots into your workpiece while the quick-release nose makes it easy to clear jams in the middle of a big job. Our lightweight design along with the rubber-backed grip prevents fatigue during long jobs. Combine that with the 100-nail capacity magazine for a nail gun that makes easy work out of crown molding, tongue and groove flooring, trim work and more. This package includes a carrying case for storage and transportation, two hex keys and oil. And, because it’s a WEN product, your 4-in-1 18-Gauge Flooring Nailer comes backed by a two-year warranty, a nationwide network of skilled service technicians and a friendly customer help line all to make sure you remember WEN. Remember when you could take on the entire job with one single nailer? Remember WEN.

Review: Excellent Performance - The Wen stapler is an incredible value. I was surprised that a flooring stapler 1/3 the price of Bostitch would perform as well as this one does. I had looked at that brand first because I rented one years ago and had a big stock of leftover staples in their unique size. It's not exactly 1/4" crown, and maybe it would work interchangeably, but I didn't try. I installed about 300 square feet of flooring in my living room using about 3,000 staples without a single jam. I only had one double-fire which was my error for letting the tool bounce. The depth adjustment took me 3 tries to dial in, as the instructions were not entirely clear on how to set it. I found that I needed to let both of the moving pieces float while I set the stapler firmly in the groove of the flooring, then rotated the stapler away from me until the bottom plate laid flat on the floor, but not so far that the back of the top plate rose up from the flooring. Once the screws were set and tightened as hard as I could do it by hand, they never loosened on their own. I wish someone would figure a way to articulate the tool body to get the last couple rows of flooring stapled- this is an issue with any brand of stapler- you can't staple the last 3 rows closest to the wall. I used a brad nailer for the 3rd row, rotated parallel to the flooring and was able to reach the 45 degree angle required. The next row I nailed straight down through the tongue, and the final row I trimmed off the bottom groove, glued to the tongue and face-nailed very close to the wall where the trim would cover it.
Review: Great gun ! - Needed it for manufactured hardwood and it was perfect! Would recommend for anyone!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I use L cleat 18g nails with this model?**
A: Unfortunately, this item is not compatible with L or T cleats.

**Q: Can be use for repair sofa ?**
A: I'm not sure how you will be repairing you sofa but you can leave the flooring foot on or you can remove it and it becomes a brad nailer. Eather way for the price it is a very hand tool. Hope this helps you.

**Q: Can this be used to staple artificial grass to subgrade bend a board?**
A: No it would go right through. Use a staple gun.

**Q: Will this work on 5/16 hardwood floor?**
A: I have the 61721, and it shot 2" brads through 3/4pine paneling and into pressure treated 2x4 no problem. You could easily shoot the brads too deep, i had to adjust the air down to get the heads to be near flush. I have no idea if it's a good idea, or the proper fastener for 5/16 hardwood, but I imagine the nailer is fully capable of shooting the brads with enough force, but who knows ... is an 18ga brad even strong enough to penetrate 5/16 hardwood. Maybe it will go through soft maple, but what about solid hickory? or beech? we don't know what your flooring is.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great gun !
*by J***S on December 28, 2025*

Needed it for manufactured hardwood and it was perfect! Would recommend for anyone!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does what it is supposed to do. Would suggest getting the 16 gauge instead of the 18 gauge
*by E***R on December 2, 2023*

It works. Easy to use. The 18 gauge nails are a little on the small size.
