It has a more healthy, fresh taste compared to fried ramens. -The soup flavor is chicken-soupy and neutral which complements pretty much any extras you add. It's easy to add an egg to make an egg-drop soup. I thought the soup strength and flavor to be good overall. -The noodles are bland in flavor despite cooking in the soup.
