It is still being used and has done a its job of protecting the table. It fits tightly to the surface, but you can lift it up to readjust it if necessary without damage to a hand stained table. The seller cuts the protector a little larger than the specifications ordered and it is easy to cut to adjust if you're not sure of your exact measurements. I ordered mine longer than the table due to expanding the end leaves so the protecter does hang over the ends when the table is downsized. It has decent flexibility to do this. If your needs require it, I believe they will cut to your exact measurements. Over several years it is showing signs of wear but that's expected.
