NOT human hair. NOT 160g NOT 20in *by E***J on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2019* First off I had high hopes based on pix and reviews and all the "free" things they give you. They Did come early which is why 2 stars. I noticed they were very thin @ the ends of the hair and so I measured them. I bought 20 inch and ONLY 4/7 hairs are 20 inches. I thought I was given 18 or 16 inch by mistake b/c that not acceptable to have that thin of hair @ the bottom. (My hair IS thin too)but nope the bag says 20 inch. I can't use these so I WAS going to ask for a partial refund for only receiving 18 inches of hair or to exchange for longer hair @ no cost but then I noticed that they are NOT 100% human hair. I didn't notice until I washed a few pieces. I HAD to b/c of the OFFENSIVE chemical order on them. I was giving this co. the benefit of doubt since they were packaged and mailed. My first pair of extensions came in only a plastic bag and didn't smell but still being positive. After that they STILL smelled and I could then see all the fake plastic/clear hairs within. Not just in the top part all through the hair. So now I'm realizing that this co. is 100%false advertising their products and considering the price I paid for these "real human hair" the free gifts are NOT free. They aren't even 160 grams. As you can see in the pic of side by side I inch tracks, they are actually thinner than my 70 gram extensions I had first.(the left is Heesaga "160g" and the left is my 70g which is thicker) I even died mine a few times and they are 2 years old. All around the co. Is false advertising their ENTIRE product. Dont Buy. I’ve been wearing clip-ins for over ten years and never have I had such a terrible experience. That photo is 4 days after I purchased these. Washed them once and this happened. Two months later I’ve attempted to make them work, but the hair has shedded and snapped and what’s left it’s matted together or completely chewed up. I care for my extensions well, and cannot believe I wasted my money on these. I can usually stretch out my weave for 4-6 months.
