### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautifully made and a balanced feel for improving your double unders.

It’s a speed rope with a coated steel cable. So if your double unders are mistimed, prepare to feel the sting! The quality, knurled feel and balance of this speed rope should help you improve your double unders especially if you’re prepared to put the practice in.

The rope is fantastic, you'll need wire cutters to trim it down to length, leave about 2 inches of slack just in case as well, DO NOT USE ON HARD FLOORS. ALWAYS USE ON A MAT OR SOFT GROUND. the speed you achieve on this rope is insane it's perfect for my burgeoning CrossFit journey as I was finally able to do a double under. Hopefully can take it into sequence rather than doing one and having to reset but the rope is well worth the investment. More expensive than the ones on Amazon but I've tried the ones on Amazon and they're either trash or break way too easily. This is the one. The low reviews are simply people buying this and using it on a hard floor which will cause the plastic coating on the rope to shred but the manufacturer clearly tells you where not to use it.

I have used this rope a handful of times in Xfit classes and it keeps snapping. I bought this as have Velite grips but unfortunately this rope is not the same quality. Not worth the money!
