My designs are a bit smaller than I would prefer, but I will get the hang of it! The quilt I quilted last night had a larger motif, so I guess I am on the right track. I have seen a youtube (or is it utube?) of a quilter using two halos stacked on top of one another, and I may (or may not!) try that. At any rate, I am thankful that I have the halo - it is great and my allover quilt designs look MUCH better (of course, that comes with practice!). I LOVE IT! Much more comfortable than gloves or fingertip products. The stitches flow as control is easier. But the big advantage is less or absence of neck and shoulder pain. I think the reason is the halo grips the fabric and holds it smooth so hands are in a natural position for stitch movement.
