**Q: Can you freeze this product, or could you advise how to store please?**
A: I've never tried to freeze it, but it's lasted a good few months so far just on a kitchen shelf and not too close to any heat source. The BBEs on mine were July 2018 if that helps.

A: 100% Grade A creamed coconut with no additives

**Q: Can you make pina coladas out of it please?**
A: Yes, reconstitute with hot water, and chill before mixing

**Q: How long is the expiry date on this product?**
A: USELLY ABOUT TWO YEARS. MINE IS VALID UNTIL JULY 2018.

My go-to brand for Creamed Coconut, good , consistent quality. I use in Thai/Jamaican/Indian Cuisine to flavour and thicken sauces. The oil appears as a solid at the top of the block - this is normal. I use either all together if making coconut "milk" or separate and use as a cooking oil.
