Had a carpet that was stored in the garage for a year with a terrible dog urine stench . Had tried scrubbing it with carpet shampoo to no avail , both sides I may add . I gave up on it and rolled it up and stored it in the garage . I have been using Bio K20 on the carpet and at first the treatments were not doing much , still a strong smell of urine , then after treatment six the carpet was smelling fresher and continued the treatments until the smell receded to nothing .Considering the urine soaked carpet was in the garage for a year , this product has solved the problem and achieved the desired results . 10/10 for this Taylor McClure product 👍😊

### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn’t really work BUT

I have used this product without realising that for it to work it has to have a bacteria killer into it! You clean the area ok but not with a simple detergent …the right detergent has to kill bacterias!! WHAT WORKED for me: I used “parvo virucide” product first then applied “odor kill’ ( optional: you can apply the product dilute in water USING the bissell cleaner carpet machine) then after it dry use the k20. But what is effective is a good bacteria killer (animal friendly like the parvo virucide product is) but NOT an odor remover!
