Put a heaped teaspoon in cold water and bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 5-8 minutes. Strain into a cup, then add milk and sugar or honey if needed. It's expensive, but other brands don't provide this much, so you get a decent amount with this bag which will last you a while. The coffee is easy to grind. I find you tend to get two kinds: a more earthy/bitter taste, or one that's more ashy/caramel. This one tastes more caramel to me.

I really like my dandelion coffee. It's expensive, but other brands don't provide this much, so you get a decent amount with this bag which will last you a while. The coffee is easy to grind. I was expecting something like instant coffee but it’s a tub of big lumps. It makes making a cappuccino difficult, so I was a bit irritated at first. Then I tried it! To me it tastes like actual coffee, and sure it gave me energy, but without any palpitations. Bonus is it’s good for the liver. Looks like it will last forever as well 🙂
