I bought this for transporting longbows, which it can easily accommodate two of, possibly three. Material looks to be rainproof and fairly thick but not "padded", although I am sure this case does add adequate protection for transport. The case isn't quite amazing, but it is way better than I could really have expected for the price. Recommended for use with longbows! As they’re are used for bo staffs, nothing sharp or fragile goes into the cases. The material is very hard wearing though. Enough room for two bo staffs very comfortably. Even has a separate zipped long pocket on the front too. My son has had his about two years. Used very frequently and is still in the same condition now as the day I bought it. Very durable. Very good value for money. Highly recommend. **Q: Is there a lining on the inside of this case? If so what material is it made of?** A: No lining but made of a robust canvas . **Q: Can a 62” inch umbrella fit this bag.?** A: Yes definitely **Q: Does the zip go all the way down for easy access?** A: There are two zips. One at the top, which opens the end only. In addition there is a side pocket; a horizontal zip, on the photograph it sits just beneath the white badge. I can easily lift my Bo staff (6ft) out from the end zip. I place my Jo staffs in the side pocket.
