Consider that non-diet sodas ard the no. 1 contributor to diabetes, and big brand diet sodas have found to greatly increase the risk of brain diseases like Dementia and Alzheimer's (how wonderful of you aspartame, thanks). I invite you to research this for yourself, as I know that with the rise of anti-vaxxers people have become dutifully cynical, and they have every right to be. Still, these findings have been peer-reviewed and published, so I will ask you to look into them to see for yourself. The flavour of Green Cola for me? I'd describe it as 'average.' It tastes about the same as a diet soda, but with a far less nasty aftertaste. I'll take it! I mean, sure, it's no full-sugar Pepsi or Coke, taste-wise, but how could it be? Was hoping to find a cola that didn’t contain phosphoric acid because it affects the absorption of calcium by the body, and I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis so need all the calcium I can get. The fact it doesn’t contain caffeine or aspartame (which is always dubious) is a bonus. It goes very nice with my dark rum and coke!! Yes it’s expensive, but if it is better for my health and still tastes good, I don’t mind.

**Q: Isnt sucralose just as bad as aspartame??**
A: Personally I dont think so. Aspartame starts from 3 basic ingredients - Methanol, Phenylalaline and aspartic acid. The first 2 ingredients are toxic in their natural state so not a good start. If you look carefully at the back of a can of diet coke, coke zero, diet pepsi, pepsi max etc you will also find a health warning on the back (contains a source of phenylalanine), which is exactly that, a health warning! Sucralose is also an artificial sweetener but it differs from Aspartame in that its starting point is sugar, a natural ingredient, whereas there is absolutely nothing from start to finish natural about aspartame. These are just my views but if you read up on line there is loads more backing up that you really don't need aspartame in your diet!. Hope that helps!

**Q: Why does the can's front say "with sweetener from stevia plant" when it is actually sucralose as well??? Very misleading. Check the can's back.**
A: It contains both. Stevia being newer to the scene, entirely natural and far superior to other sweeteners it would be pointless drawing attention to Sucralose content. People actively seek out Stevia products, so it makes sense to highlight it as an ingredient.

**Q: how many mgs of caffeine is in a can?**
A: there are 32mg of natural caffeine in every can (which is the same level as most other diet colas)

**Q: What’s the best before date? If I ordered it now, would it be within the next few days? Weeks? Months?**
A: 28/11/19 is the date on the cans I received in January

short answers pros 1 good mixer. 2. zero sugar 3. very drinkable 4. mix between coke zero and diet coke taste 5. doesnt smell bad if anything 6. no aspartame cons pricier sucralose isnt good limit to max 4 cans daily can cause some side effects. stevia sweetner can cause side effects of diarrhea to limit this effect its best to eat with this drink 1 can will not cause it but back to back can be more likely so lesson dont drink to much on a empty stomach.
