After almost 2 months this pen helped a lot making the cats get used to each other. We put the mommy and kittens inside this in the living room while the 2 other big cats pass by and sniff them. The kittens inside were feisty in the beginning from the curious cats. A couple of hisses which is normal - no swatting or growls. Next day or so- still curious but now the kittens wanted to come out & play around them! We zipped it open keeping a close eye and one by one kittens went out not minding the others. The big cats would come and sniff and go their own way. Even more days and they were like big brothers. Soon the big cats went inside the pen and hung out. I guess they got jealous of the β€œtent”.
