**Q: I just received this, i see references outdoor use but the  heating pad instructions say indoor use only, do not use outdoors, may have the wrong one?**

**Q: Is this suitable for Canadian winter and exteme cold conditions?**
A: It’s heated and well covered but I don’t know if it’s enough for Canadian winters.  I’m going to put it in a spot where no wind can hit it and I think it will be enough for our winter. May still have to put inside the garage in extremely cold days

**Q: Is it ok to leave the heating pad pluged in all the he time?**
A: The heating pad can be kept plugged in at all times, but we recommend that you ideally check it after every 24 hours to avoid accidents. Thanks.

**Q: The heating pad doesn't seem to get very warm when I plugged it in and I put my hand on it. Is it supposed to get warmer when the cat lays on it?**
