Use opposite hands to spray (left hand right nostril & vice versa) it gets the angle better. **Q: How do you remove the plastic hood without damaging the product? Does it clip off? Or twist off? Or push off?** A: At bottom of the plastic cap under the front of the nozzle is a plastic protusion - just push that up. **Q: Hi can anyone tell me if this is ,100ml or 50ml?** A: There is 50ml of the Hayfever &allwrgies spray not sure about 100ml in thus one **Q: is this any different from the other Sterimar products in terms of its contents - aside from the "hayfever" label?** A: Not 100% sure about this either, the canister is larger so appears to contains more but I fancy the liquid is not propelled as forcefully as the smaller one, as it doesn’t seem to reach right into sinus. However they are both just salt water so apart from the concentration there should be no difference. Does it work...? I have been flushing my nose with salt water for many years - yes salt water does work. The problem with home-made salt water is that it is a bit of a nuisance to use boiled water and getting the mix right every time can be a pain. The benefit of Sterimar is that the mix is consistently the same, dispensing the mix is very easy and the pump sprays the salt water right up to the back of the nose. But the convenience comes at a cost. It does not last a month, even when used only once a day.
