I tend to cut mine into 2 strips to make them last longer as 1/2 often covers what I need. The other half stay usable for a long time after. **Q: Can you use the patches on your neck?** A: I used these for tennis elbow with no skin reaction but if using on the neck I would be cautious and try a small patch test first. The patches are rather thin and hard to.apply, they wrinkle up very easily and dont give a feeling of warmth. You might be better with a standard heat patch used over a thin scarf to protect your skin.
