The bar spoon is essential when making any stirred drink. The long handle and small bowl allow for quick and efficient stirring. Mixing with a bar spoon ensures that the ingredients are properly combined while minimizing aeration, resulting in a clear and less diluted drink with a smooth mouthfeel. It can also be used to measure small amounts of ingredients and for layering ingredients in a cocktail. Our bar spoon measures 12.5”, making it large enough to easily reach the bottom of any shaker or glass, but not so large that it becomes awkward to handle. Made from 18/8 stainless steel this spoon is sturdy so you won’t need to worry about it bending or flexing during normal use. The spiral design makes stirring effortless and the smooth edges allow it to rest comfortably between your fingers. The teardrop end can also be used to stir for more versatility and it’s dishwasher safe so clean up is a breeze.

Well made and feel like a quality spoon in your hand. Didn't realize how difficult I had been making it on myself all these years just using a regular spoon to mix drinks. The spiral stem makes it super easy to stir with and the weight makes it easy to control. I like that it's all metal with no crevices to have to worry about cleaning. At first I thought it would be too long, but the length creates a good balance and requires minimal guidance from your hand as you stir. Great product would buy again for myself or a gift.
