They also don't slip when I change my head position from standing to lying down or doing cat-cow stretches. I am also less stressed at the gym because the noise was making me cranky. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ uncomfortable after a time, but VERY good at what they do

these work very well. they completely cancel out sounds like dogs barking or a noisy fan, or music in my household, and considerably dull louder sounds like a concert. high-pitched noises are especially subject to elimination, which works perfectly for my needs. they sit pretty tight on your head, which no doubt is why they work so well, but unfortunately that makes them a bit uncomfortable, especially if you're prone to headaches. i use them frequently in my day-to-day life because i am autistic and require absolute silence at times, so the comfort can be a bit of an issue. sometimes i have to take them off because they start to hurt my head after a few hours. however, if you intend to use this for occasional activities like riflery or mowing the lawn, it's certainly a great product. it also lasted me about two years of constant use. again, if you intend it use it occasionally, it will probably last a good long while.
