I've tried a few other brands and this wins hands-down on flavour. Getting off the Metformin once and for all and controlling my blood sugars through diet and exercise alone. No carbs or sugar and minimal protein or fats from animal sources so I need to source nutrients and amino acids via supplements. This gives you a good spread of the above nutrients, plus a good hit of protein, but not enough to take you out of ketosis. Makes a pretty good cheese sauce too. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. The value is in it's quality and this is a quality product that'll have a permanent place in my cupboard from now on.

Obviously, the best source of most of the B vitamins in their full respective complexes. I've tried a few other brands and this wins hands-down on flavour. No carbs or sugar and minimal protein or fats from animal sources so I need to source nutrients and amino acids via supplements. This gives you a good spread of the above nutrients, plus a good hit of protein, but not enough to take you out of ketosis. Makes a pretty good cheese sauce too. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. The value is in it's quality and this is a quality product that'll have a permanent place in my cupboard from now on.
