That said, the supplier has advised that the app will be updated in September (2017 I hope) and will introduce file sorting which should overcome my problem. Otherwise, the USB stick works fine with IOS, file transfer between devices is very fast & music playback quality is excellent. Once sorting is added this device may get an extra star.Update 1 - October is here & no sign of an update to the app. The inability to play media files in the correct order, or sort files, reduces the usefulness to near zero.Update 2 - I have now been given access to the next version of the app (currently in Beta testing) and confirm that the file sorting options included resolve all of my issues. Used with iphone 6 and was very simple. I received an email in advance that there is no paper manual and you will need to download their app but the app was easy to find and download. You can then upload all photos with 'one touch back up' or select those you want to upload through file management. Copy them to your PC which is what i needed to do to make some memory books of a recent trip by plugging in the device click file management, photo album select.
