A: I think it is just a tablet version & larger quantity. 
The ingredients are different, this has stearin acids and some sodium which the caps do not. 
appears to be identical otherwise at a much lower price

I started taking vitamin D with K2 about 4 years ago I tried a few different vitamins and then once I got this one it just seemed to be very easy on my body and my doctor even approves it so I think it's a very good one to take
