Review: Japanese Sushi Sauce by Shirakiku | Sweet and Savory Authentic Asian, Cooking - This is a gluten free product that is above and beyond what I expected it to be, in flavor, texture, and overall sweet and sour tastes are mere perfection. I didn't read the ingredients but I did feel it was a great value for the money spent (and I am careful what I put in my fridge because I am the only one cooking it and eating it, and I am a demanding customer! lol) I use it on my sushi and Asian meals which it works excellent in and on. I drizzle it on my sushi rolls and it is the perfect final touch with that authenticity and flavor that leaves you wanting just another bit more of it. And it has no aftertaste!
