The quality and presentation is just super, the instructions clear and explicit, the build is sturdy and well thought out, the storage bag is so handy, and best of all it really really works. I have an old lady little chihuahua, and she doesn't like anything to do with grooming or putting her out.. but she tolerates this perfectly. I manage to get her trimmed, brushed and keep her nails short, all with the minimum of fuss and no mess. I wish I had bought it years ago, a nail clip by itself was 20euro every 6 weeks, then washed and trimmed another 70, so this machine has paid for itself in one clean sweep, I also managed to get it on an offer so better again, I've looked at cheaper models but I'm so glad I went for the dearer model as its just brilliant. Don't hesitate, you will be thrilled to bits with it if you want to keep your furry friends looking good and feeling good, and you can do it yourself..
