The company was quite apologetic for the after Christmas delivery even though I had ordered Dec.6.I found the pole attachments were weak in the ceiling. Also, the string of lights needs to be longer to cover the ceiling poles to bring lighting all round the frame.The frame did not create the tight structure that is shown n the picture.
