Review: Pricey, but worth it - I only use this when food makes me ill and shouldn't. I mean, when dairy makes me sick, I take my Lactaid pills. With every meal I take enzymes; I'm 81 (hard to admit) and that's when your stomach lining starts to wear away and only enzymes will help. But when I'm queasy for no obvious reason, these always stop the discomfort. (I just found out I'm sensitive to "histamines" and can't eat smoked meats, so the list grows with every new day.) Yes, they're a little pricey, but they work, so they're more than worth it. And, again, I don't use them routinely, just as a last resort, but I really depend on them for emergencies.
