Review: I have these blankets everywhere! - I love these blankets and have several sizes and colors more. I got an 8 week old mini dachshund and I wanted to keep her as close as possible. I got her a medium size carrier cage (her mansion) and set it on our queen size bed at the foot in between me and my husband. I was very concerned about protecting the bed. I used one under the cage. It’s totally waterproof and protects the bedding. It looks really nice and neat. To decrease stimuli (my 60lb standard dachshund lab mix pawing at the cage), I wrapped one around the cage. It worked great! My bigger dog is tough on things, but this blanket has held up well against her abuse. It must be made really well because it has yet to tear, and she is a serious blanket digger. The seams are still intact. I use these blankets as cage covers. They are pretty, waterproof, warm, comfy and really durable. It’s protected my bed from spilt water, pee accidents, dirt, food, tearing. These blankets look awesome on our recliner and couch, too. They are essential in protecting our furniture in our RV. They stay put easily on fabric. We also use them in our truck on the leather seats. They work great from cuddling with them to protecting any surface. They are great for dogs and people to use. I have these all over my furniture, cages, and cars. I even used one in our truck as an umbrella during a downpour and stayed dry under it. They wash and wear really well. Don’t use high heat to dry. Air drying is best and dries quickly. They are super for protection from little kids’ abuse and their messes, too. The quality is excellent. I love these blankets and have several sizes and colors more. I got an 8 week old mini dachshund and I wanted to keep her as close as possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Blanket for Heavy Use

Purchased 4 of these in November of last year (May now (6 months). They are used as a bed cover for a 130 lbs dog that was seriously injured and can't walk. They are strong and used to drag (a few feet) and roll the dog over. The blankets are washed everyday, sometimes twice (around 200 washes with detergent and bleach). The blankets are fairly waterproof, they will not stop a large amount of liquid dumped in one place (at least not after dozens of washings) but they will stop a cup or so. They are smooth and comfortable. We use pads on top of the blanket. Use fabric softener in wash to help retain waterproof abilities. The dog tore the edging fairly quickly with his nails trying to move. it may be a lock stitch, but the fabric is too soft for it to really hold. The trim does come apart once torn - not quickly, we just cut the torn pieces off - the rest of the blanket is fine, it's heavily cross stitched throughout. Just bought a 5th blanket for the rotation.
