Good idem as long your are very careful. The new one did not quite fit in slot. Of the mounting so had to do a little filling the n mount so it would fit. Performs flawlessly. ### ⭐ Does not fit the Carrier bracket *by P***Y on November 17, 2024* This ignitor did not fit the Carrier bracket as described as replacement part. Had to file out the bracket for it to slide in. Also, it then would not fit into the slot in the furnace fire box. Tried pushing it in and it just would not go, and it wound up breaking.
