Oddly enough no you don’t seem to lose any pressure. **Q: does the gauge show the drop in pressure while you press the pressure relief valve?** A: No it doesn’t **Q: does the gauge show the pressure drop as you press the pressure relief valve?** A: It does not show gradual decrease in readings.
