Will hold the smell of your herbs for only a short time but the smell begins to seep pt after about a day even if your spices are in a bag. I would recommend getting a "smelly bag" instead

I really wanted to like this product but it didn't really cut the mustard.My partner is dead against some of the plant matter I choose to consume and is offended by the smell so I purchased this product...I placed my botanical matter inside a bag in my mini vac pot and stored it in my bag feeling confident that it would not be detected unfortunately no soon had my significant other entered the room her eyes widened and her nostrils flared "why does it smell of w#@d in here?"....I slept on the sofa that night.. I consider that a Fail....sorry tight vac....I use "jyars" now and I get to sleep in my bed...
