The first time I did the detox (3 years ago), I drank the tea, which was absolutely horrible! I decided to go with the capsules. WOW.....why did I not do this the first time. Such a great substitute! I would highly recommend. One thing to note.....The first couple of days that I started taking this, I was a little cloudy. Once my system got used to it, I was fine and didn't notice anything wonky. Just wanted to throw that out there ;-)
