**Q: How to get it to pair with the mobile app?  Got it to pair with the remote, but the mobile app (and other bluetooth devices) can't find it**
A: You need the smart hub that works with it, the only way it works with the app and full automation. Search for Hub 1s, it is $24.99. You pair the Curtbots with smart hub, then app looks for smart hub devices. You can then group them and more.

**Q: Do you need a hub for this? Can you hook it up to Alexa?**
A: Currently, to connect with Alexa and Google Assistant, we need Hub 1S, as it does not yet support Matter. There is a tutorial within the app that explains how to connect Alexa. Additionally, we will soon launch a video tutorial to make our devices even more user-friendly.

A: .75" is not available yet, we are adding more hook sizes, so stay tuned for updates.
