## Questions & Answers

**Q: Silly question but how do you use this? I use pastels and I'm constantly smudging!**
A: I use paint and use the 'donkey', as it is called, to rest on the backing board or the easel and then I rest my arm on the stick so that I don't smudge the wet paint. As you work in pastel I would think it would be more of a hindrance than a help. You could, however, put your work onto a large board and rest the 'donkey' on it and not on your work. Sorry I'm being negative. Hope this is helpful.
