Vacuum the area that you plan on deep cleaning.
Shake bottle and use formula according to machine user guide.

**Q: Hi there, Why does this code 81L5E differ from the bisselldirect website 1089E even thought both products are called 'wash&protect professional'  ?**
A: don't know about the different code, but it may be more concentrated so take care with the ratio of water to cleaning liquid
