Quality all the way around and holds it's shape. Doesn't sag or crinkle like a a lot of other bags. I gave it an additional 6 star because it's so isolated inside that it kept food warm and drinks I had cold. I haven't read anybody saying this, probably because they don't use their bag like I do. I use my bag for EVERYTHING. I couldn't ask for more with all of the compartments, durability, quality materials ect. I used my portable charger the whole time and both ends of the wire in/outside of the bag plug and work perfectly.Hands down the best bag I've ever bought, and I have bought a lot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great quality rugged backbag to carry around *by S***N on November 28, 2017* I mainly use this backbag for carrying my laoptop and documents for daily use. And it is comfortable to carry around.- With days usage, I have no problem with the zipper which seems good quality (as described double zipper in the main compartment, single zipper in the others)- Compared to my other laptop bags 1. This bag's exterior and interior(great protection pad) is rugged.2. It is easily stand upright on the floor(I used to place on the floor when I get home).3. I do not need to pull strap to open the main compartment.
