Review: Quality, Good Posture and Firm. - I've spent 2 full days using it and I'm someone who suffers with lower back pain. I didn't feel uncomfortable or the need to move or change posture once in this chair since using it and it is on the hard side as some people complain but I think overall this is much better for longer sessions as it stops you sinking and getting in unhealthy positions for the posture. I'm never using any other chair again and I'm very happy with the purchase I spent 2 full days of 10+ hours each day and feel great.

**Q: Can you fully remove the armrest for doing something like playing a guitar?**
A: Hi there, yes the armrests are removable by unscrewing the 3 M8 screws found at the bottom of the seat base with an Allen key provided in the package. Thank you!

I've spent 2 full days using it and I'm someone who suffers with lower back pain.
