This Eaton Weatherhead 42X8 union tube fitting is suitable for joining two tubes in a range of fluid transfer applications. It has 3/4-16 male Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) threads on each end for connecting two 1/2" outside diameter (OD) tubes with matching flare nuts (not included). The fitting is made of CA360 brass for strength and resistance to corrosion, has an operating temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees F (-53 to +121 degrees C), and meets SAE 010101 specifications for tube fittings.
